Walter U. Zuppinger, BA Hon, MBA

Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer

Walter Zuppinger holds an honours BA in Commerce and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Upon graduating, he joined Domco as Corporate Controller and soon was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration. Upon purchasing controlling interests in the company, he became CEO and was appointed Chairman of the Board in April 2014.

Rosetta Rubino, CPA, CGA

Corporate Controller
 

Rosetta Rubino is a CPA, CGA that holds an Accounting & Finance Diploma from Seneca College and CGA designation from the General Accountants Association of Ontario. She is a finance professional with 19 years in the hospitality sector. Rose maintains budgets, administers benefits, re-negotiates and manages contracts and insurance rates. She oversees all of Domco's financial aspects and closely works with senior management whilst overseeing the Toronto office.

Quincy Smoliak

Executive Director of Operations - Canada
 

Quincy Smoliak has earned positions of increasing responsibility within the 17 years he was with Domco. First as an Executive Chef, an Operations Manager and now as a Division Manager; Quincy has a strong operations background and experience in most geographical locations of Canada. Quincy operates out of Domco's Winnipeg office.

Suzanne Gagnon, BA

Regional Director of Operations
 

Suzanne Gagnon holds a BA in Industrial Relations from the University of Laval and attended the Institut de Tourisme et D'hôtellerie du Québec where she studied kitchen and financial management. Suzanne holds more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry and has worked for the biggest foodservice companies in Canada, Compass Group Canada, Sodexho International and is finishing her career with Domco Foodservices.

Regis Roy, B.Admin

Director of Operations
Quebec and Labrador

Regis Roy is a graduate of the Polyvalente Amqui. He joined Domco in 1973 as a cook on the Québec North Shore Line and managed Domco's projects with Hydro Québec and QCM from 1987 to 2003. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the position he currently holds, Director of Operations for Québec.

Loïc Ollivier, B.Admin, Mkg

Director of Business Development and Indigenous Affairs – Eastern Canada  

Loïc Ollivier holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from a well renowned business school in Paris. Born in France, Loïc has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian food service industry as Director of Sales and Operation. Steve Josephson

Senior Director of Business Development and Indigenous Affairs – Canada 

Steve joins the Domco team after spending several years working for a global company in the remote site sector as Director of Business Development and Aboriginal Relations. As the newest member of the Domco team, Steve will continue the organizations commitment to aboriginal partnerships and community engagement while driving business opportunities through sustainable relationships. Philip J. Levesque

Director of Indigenous Relations - Canada
 

Philip is a long term Domco veteran who worked himself up the ranks, from Chef to Senior Director of Operations. He accumulated extensive experience in the far northern regions of Canada, and for 25 years has worked with with all our First Nation partners. Philip's enjoys the status of an honorary Cree, and is ideally suited for his new role as Director of Aboriginal affairs. Philip represents Domco on the Board of Directors of all of our Aboriginal joint ventures and reports directly to Domco’s CEO.

Gerald Servais

Director of Health & Safety
 

Gerald Servais, a certified Construction Health & Safety Officer, holds several diplomas from Canadore College & Nippising University, is a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and has worked overseas for more than 7 years. After his return to Canada, Gerald joined Domco in 2011 where he held several positions. Gerald has several years of experience & is currently working on his CRSP.

Louise Dubuc, BA.Admin

Administrative Manager
 

Louise Dubuc holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting and has over 35 years of experience in the food service sector. She specializes in remote administration and sales support, and handles the administration of the Montreal office and oversees accounting, customer service and collective agreements operations.

Cathy Laird BA.Admin

HEAD OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE -
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Cathy is a Domco veteran who worked her way up in Domco's Head Office as a key member of the accounting and finance team holding supervisory positions in payroll, cost accounting and operations management liaison. She is currently the Toronto Head Office Administrative/Human Resources Manger overseeing all accounting, payroll, cost accounting and Human Resources functions.

Michel Fournier

Director of Purchasing
 

Graduated in police technique. Quickly he opted for restaurants and hotels. For over 40 years he accumulated experience in the different positions. It has worked for major restaurant chains in the United States and Canada, as director, trainer and director of purchasing. Professional and motivated, focused on achieving the organization's objectives. Michael, good communicator love working in a team and maintain good business relationship with our customers and suppliers.
