Walter U. Zuppinger, B.A., M.B.A.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zuppinger received his honours B.A. in Commerce plus an M.B.A degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1970. Upon graduation, he joined Domco as Corporate Controller. In 1972 he was promoted to Vice President Finance & Administration. In 1977 he purchased controlling interest in the company and became Chief Executive Officer.

Philip J. Levesque
Director of Operations - Western Canada
For the past 30 years, Philip has had positions of increasing responsibility with Domco, first as an Operations Manager, then as a Supervisor, District Manager and now as Director of Operations Western Canada. Philip operates out of Domco's Saskatoon office and in addition to overseeing the company's operations in NT, Yukon and Western Canada. Philip, along with Sylvie Rathier, develops and liaises with all of Domco's First Nations' Partnerships.

Virgil Sobral
Director of Operations -Ontario and Manitoba
Virgil has been with Domco over 20 years and during that period of time , has had positions of increasing responsibility with the company starting with Executive Chef, Operations Manager, District Manager and now as Director of Operations- Ontario and Manitoba. Â Virgil, who operates out of Domco's Winnipeg Office, has a very strong operations background and has operated in all regions of Canada.

Regis Roy, B.Admin
Director of Operations - Quebec
Mr. Roy is a graduate of the Polyvalente Amqui. He joined Domco in 1973 as a cook on the Quebec North Shore Line. He managed Domco's projects with Hydro Quebec and QCM from 1987 to 2003. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience to his position as Director of Operations for Quebec.

Rosetta Rubino, CGA
Controller
Ms. Rubino joined Domco in February of 2004. She brings with her 12 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Ms. Rubino is responsible for all of the company's accounting, financing, and insurance requirements

Sylvie Rathier, B.A., PPAC
Directrice, Ventes et Marketing
Ms. Rathier obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Guelph University. She has previously worked in the Mining Industry and brings with her 12 years of field expertise. She joined Domco in 2004 and is responsible for the company's Educational, Business & Industry foodservices accounts, as well as for all Sales & Marketing Development and along with Philip Levesque, develops and liaises with all of Domco's First Nations' Partnerships.

Clarke McMaster H. B. Com, C.A.
External Advisor
Clarke obtained his H.B. Com from the University of Windsor in 1975. He has worked has a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells since 1977. He brings with him over 20 years of experience as a Senior Executive in the foodservice and real estate industries.
