Wherever possible, all employees to be hired will be residents of the province of work, with persons from the impact communities receiving priority. Persons with minimal entry skill levels will be placed on on-the-job training programs.
In today’s difficult labor market, attracting dedicated and committed employees can be a challenge. Employees meeting our requirements are offered positions, subject to the usual probationary terms (90 days). We recognize the value of employing people who already understand the work required and who have demonstrated competence in their work but persons with minimal entry skill levels will be placed on on-the-job training programs.
